Speech Language Pathologist - Center Based

Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is a small, clinic based, ABA provider in Stafford, VA that is looking for passionate and motivated speech language pathologists and occupational therapists to join our team in order to provide a collaborative treatment approach for clients.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and treating language, speech, and swallowing disorders
• Creating individualized treatment plans and providing 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based setting
• Educating family members about speech disorders and causes, as well as providing and modeling strategies for family members and client’s treatment team to address speech disorders
• Collaborating with entire treatment team, to include parents, BCBAs, RBTs, OTs, teachers, etc.
• Completing detailed and thorough session notes
• Completing all documentation required by insurances
• Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as necessary
• Maintaining a professional relationship with all staff, clients, families and treatment team members

• Master’s degree in related field
• Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
• Maintain CEU’s as required by Licensing Board
• Must love working with children and families
• Must be a hands-on trainer and a team player
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Clean Background Check
