Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior C#/.NET Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using the latest .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C# and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and enhance the development process.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to project planning and estimation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software security best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
