Project Administrator

We are currently seeking a remote Project Administrator to join our team. We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals who can effectively manage projects and ensure their successful completion.

This position is open to applicants located in the United States only.

As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with team members, clients, and stakeholders, and ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources- Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
  • Performing risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies- Creating and presenting project status reports to stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are executed within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
  • Managing project documentation and ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards

To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. You should also have a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and tools, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field- 3+ years of experience in project management or related role
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • PMP certification is a plus
