A top Waste and Recycling company in Illinois is looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage two Shops in Monmouth and Atkinson Illinois. They are looking with someone experienced in managing technicians who also comes from a technician background.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service office operations and vehicle/equipment workflow
- Act as the primary contact for departments regarding repair status inquiries and towing needs
- Collect detailed information from operational departments regarding service inquiries or requests
- Process work orders into the computer system and assign them to appropriate shop personnel
- Monitor fuel island operations, including fuel deliveries, inventory levels, and dispenser operations
- Manage the daily use of bulk fuel cards with user departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
