SIR Team Supervisor
About the Role:
Culmen International is seeking a SIR Team Supervisor for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.
The SIR Team Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the implementation of preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse/harassment. The supervisor will actively promote a culture of safety, proactive risk management, program excellence, and on-going regulatory readiness.The SIR Team Supervisor is subject to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and to be on-call.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
- Supervise the team responsible for documenting and reporting significant incidents involving unaccompanied minors.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of incident reports, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Review incident reports for completeness, clarity, and accuracy before submission.
- Collaborate with staff members, including Youth Care Workers, Case Managers and Clinicians to gather relevant information for incident reports.
- Analyze incident reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support and train staff members on incident reporting procedures and best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with incident reporting policies and regulations.
- Participate in meetings and discussions related to incident management and the well-being of unaccompanied minors in the shelter.
- Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human services, social services, or related field.
- Minimum of (3) three years Case Management experience.
- Minimum of (1) one year supervisory experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to successfully clear a background check.
- Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
- Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
