Duration:-ContractJOB DESCRIPTION:-
Process various forms of outgoing payments, including banking detail maintenance with strict adherence to Treasury Policy.
May process various Treasury requests including but not limited to, stop payments, positive pay exception processing, return check processing, daily reconciliations and manual receipt processing.
Research upon request of business partners (both internal and external) and/or other duties as assigned by manager.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX procedures. This includes OFAC screening and independent verification of instructions as required by Treasury policy.

Process approved disbursements, performing transactions that involve moving money between company accounts and hundreds of clients using Wires/ACH transactions.
Process various Treasury requests including but not limited to, stop payments, positive pay exception processing, Perform research upon request of business partners (both internal and external) and/or other duties as assigned by manager
Document proof of performing audit and regulatory policies as it pertains to Treasury transactions.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX procedures.
This includes OFAC screening and independent verification of instructions as required by Treasury policy
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
Prior experience in banking or treasury (1-3 years preferred)
