**Qualifications you’ll bring:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MBA preferred
+ Certification or Experience in Supply Chain or Vendor Management
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience including leadership experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
+ Delegated vendor experience in health care, preferred
+ Experience in organizing, building and directing a team managing vendors including oversight of issue and dispute resolution
+ Experience in driving change and facilitating collaboration across an organization
+ Proven Communication Skills

**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Provide enterprise leadership and set the strategic direction for the Vendor Management Office in alignment with strategic and operational direction of the organization and business goals and objectives
+ Develop organizational design and functional roles for the Vendor Management Office
+ Develop training materials and a strategy development framework for business owners to ensure the effective development of execution plans and metrics
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Procurement to develop standards for vendor selection.
+ Oversee the Delegation Oversight Committee and regulatory compliance regarding vendor engagements
+ Serve as a leadership-level point of contact for vendors working with business owners across the organizations
+ Manage the collection, consolidation and reporting on vendor performance data, creating a comprehensive profile of each vendor against contract success and customer experience metrics and goals
+ Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer
