Physical Therapist Position at Gotham Enterprises Ltd.
Join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a dedicated Physical Therapist in our Orthopedic Outpatient Office located in Edgewood, Washington. We seek a passionate Physical Therapist who is eager to partner with patients on their recovery journeys, optimizing their motion and functional abilities.
The successful candidate will work in a state-of-the-art facility, focusing on enhancing the quality of life and mobility for our clients through personalized and evidence-based treatment plans. We emphasize a collaborative approach, working alongside a strong team of healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of patient care.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs based on individual patient assessments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to promote recovery while minimizing discomfort.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Washington.
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients.
- Proficient in EMR software; knowledge of WebPT is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry practices.
