Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Management System Intern you will play an active role in the operation of a fast paced multi-million-dollar distribution center. For 12 weeks during the summer, you will join our Warehouse Management System team in a variety of our distribution centers across the US and receive an exceptional experience through a mix of on-the-job training, project management experience and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team.

Through this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Learn from and shadow distribution leaders.
  • Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model
  • Participate and contribute to process improvement initiative.
  • Provide insights and collaborate with business partners and leaders.
  • Actively participate in advising specific functions within the Distribution Center

Interns will be given the opportunity to manage and lead a process improvement project that supports a key facility/organizational initiative and give a final presentation to the US executive leadership team upon completion of the internship.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Function as lead person on specific projects
  • Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events.
  • Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
  • Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
