Position:
The Marketing Analyst will support the creation and execution of a variety of marketing deliverables. As part of a hands-on team that operates in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, this individual will work across the Marketing team to help shape the corporate brand and will assist in maintaining its integrity as it is conveyed to clients and external audiences through marketing materials, events, social media, and other digital channels.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, passionate about marketing, and possess a strong creative drive with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to support the development and creation of core marketing collateral, including digital content, email marketing, presentations, brochures, and custom advisor team content.
- Manage the production and distribution of material and branded items and review marketing materials for brand integrity, quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Assist in managing the corporate and advisor team websites, including development, customization, and data reporting.
- Manage day-to-day marketing requests from the Firm and advisor teams.
- Partner with the team on the development and maintenance of Rockefeller’s digital footprint across various digital marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain resources and training programs to promote marketing best practices across the firm.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services or client services.
- High level of responsibility and maturity.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent organizational and project-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with external clients and multiple levels of staff and management.
- Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Ability to proofread and edit.
- Digital and analytics skills preferred for assistance with website and social media.
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000to $80,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
