Help Desk Analyst II - King of Prussia

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves working in a technical assistance center, tackling level 1 troubleshooting tasks, and addressing end user needs in various hardware and software environments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Tech Assistance Center to resolve technical issues
- Manage level 1 ticketing system, ensuring all user needs are promptly addressed
- Set up and troubleshoot printers and other hardware devices
- Utilize Active Directory and MS Office 365 for various tasks
- Work with different versions of Windows (e.g., Windows 11) to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform network and VPN troubleshooting, preferably in a VMware environment
- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting assistance and resolve desktop problems
- Interact professionally with clients, providing high-quality support
- Support cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS (optional)
- Work with ERP/SAP Oracle platforms and manage migrations (optional)
- Proficiency in Active Directory is required
- Expertise in MS Office 365 is essential
- Familiarity with Windows 11 is necessary
- Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting is needed
- Proficiency in Network Troubleshooting is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary
- Must have a customer-centric approach to tasks
- Must be able to work in a team as well as individually
- Availability for shift work may be required.
