Store Team Member (Cashier, Stocker, Pet Wash Attendant) - Wag N Wash

Responsibilities/Qualifications:
What You’ll Do
To help give our guests the best store experience, we need you to:
- Greet guests with a positive, outgoing, “ready-to-help” attitude.
- Help customers find specific products, offering recommendations on merchandise based on their needs.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues.
- Promote special sales, offers and awareness of our rewards program.
- Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products. This includes inputting data into computer systems.
- Help pet parents navigate the selfwash stations and explain the washing process.
- Stock the bathing supply caddies.
- Support each other by acting as back-up when extra help is needed.
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- You’re an excellent listener and communicator who can help pet parents with their concerns, wants, and needs.
- You possess a strong desire to succeed. We want a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively when necessary.
- Your love of pets includes wanting to learn more about the Wag N’ Wash brand and the products we offer.
- To give our guests the best store experience, perform walk-in nail trimming services.
