Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, solution-oriented customer service to enhance consumer experience.
- Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently across different platforms.
- Process online and in-store exchanges, returns, and orders.
- Troubleshoot billing issues through platforms like PayPal, CyberSource, Afterpay, and Klarna.
- Maintain updated consumer records and product knowledge across multiple seasons.
- Support peak seasons and major online sales in January and August.
- Collaborate with Retail Stores and Signature Store owners to uphold company policies.
