Looking for an OPERATIONS experienced leader to work alongside our Leadership Team in our guest & team member focused restaurant. If you are/were a coach, teacher, youth pastor, in the grocery or retail world, or have an experience with leading and motivating teams - we are looking for you!

This position is heavily operations focused with serving teams & guests. Full job description will be discussed to qualified candidates. Leadership experience, cash management, team engagement, Serv Safe Certification, open availability is required.

$21 - $25 / hr

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required (computer skills a must)
Must work well under pressure
Positive attitude
Excited to learn and take initiative
Demonstrates our Core 4 Values
Dependable and willing to give your best at all times
Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work on feet for several hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru)
Must have experience with cash management
Must be Serv Safe Certified
