Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract to hire basis. This role will be key in creating and maintaining visual elements that promote our product line and enhance our brand image. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty products industry and a record of creating compelling graphic designs that resonate with a target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
2. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all designs.
4. Maintain knowledge of current graphic design trends in the beauty industry.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty industry.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
4. Demonstrated experience with logo design, color theory, typography, and print production.
5. Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
6. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end graphic design skills.
