Procurement Specialist
We’re seeking a detail
- oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you’ll manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and the procurement department to keep operations running smoothly.Fluency in Korean is preferred, as you’ll be communicating with overseas vendors.

- Prior experience in procurement or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services based on inventorylevels and production needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices,
- Manage purchase orders, monitor inventory, and track deliveries to ensure stock
- Keep accurate records of all procurement transactions, including orders, contracts,
- Collaborate with logistics to resolve any delivery or shipping issues promptly.
- Help track procurement budgets and look for cost-saving opportunities without
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry
standards.
