Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Leading project teams to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Adapting to changing project requirements and conditions.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, with experience leading projects valued at $25M or more. Additional qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (highly preferred).
- Expertise in ground-up construction, new builds, and renovations.
- Exceptional skills in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to and manage changing project requirements.
