HR Generalist

About Our Client

This company is well-established in the retail sector and is continuing to grow. The client is offering competitive benefits and a salary of $100,000K to $130,000K annually.

• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensure adherence to company policies, and provide general HR support to all employees.
• Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for various positions across the organization, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team, including the HR Director, VP of HR, and other HR professionals, to support employee needs and organizational goals.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientations, manage employee exits, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• HR Support: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and provide general HR administrative support.

• Experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations within a retail operation.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and payroll system.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR, including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, ADEA, EPA, and immigration compliance.
