Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills, safety awareness, and career growth.
- Provide ongoing support to managers and employees in resolving HR-related issues, conflicts, and performance concerns.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Manage the company's performance management system, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Foster a positive company culture by promoting open communication, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters and help drive organizational change and growth.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus.
