You are: An experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certified Analyst.

The Work:

An experienced Epic skilled and certified person in at least one of the following Epic Revenue Cycle suite applications: Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Epic HIM.

Core Responsibilities:

Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.
  • Support Physician offices in the state of Georgia with go live support activities including:
  • Acceptance Testing
  • Cutover planning activities
  • Personalization Labs
  • Technical Dress Rehearsal
  • Go-Live Support and post go-live support for Billing and Claims management
  • Support the understanding of new state business workflows and instruct on correct documentation guidelines.
  • Healthcare Provider office functional knowledge
  • Ability to communicate well with Workflow explanations and understanding of mappings from previous workflows to new process states.
  • Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Provide input into high level functional specifications.
  • Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
  • Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.
  • Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.
  • Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

This role is located in Atlanta, GA and will require on-site 2-3 days per week.
