Receptionist

We are offering a long-term, part-time contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Automotive industry located in Olathe, Kansas. The Receptionist will play a key role in managing the showroom floor, greeting customers, giving excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operation of the office.

Part-time 3 days per week:

• Tuesday 7am-7pm
• Thursday 7am-7pm
• Saturday 8am - 7pm (lunch provided)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and customers with prompt and friendly service.
• Managing and answering a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
• Delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
• Assisting visitors by directing them to appropriate departments or individuals.
• Performing receptionist duties, including receiving and sorting mail, maintaining the reception area, and greeting visitors.
• Leveraging strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Efficiently organizing files and managing information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Proficient in email correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Organizational skills, particularly in relation to file management.
• Experience in scheduling appointments in a professional setting.
