Desktop Support Analyst

We are in search of a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York. As part of the tech industry, the Desktop Support Analyst will manage the resolution of IT-related issues and provide support for all assigned areas. The job function includes ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the company's desktop environment, maintaining systems, and troubleshooting computer problems.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
- Maintain and manage computer hardware and Apple devices ensuring they are in good working condition
- Implement database management and configuration management to ensure data integrity and security
- Provide support and maintenance for Active Directory, ensuring user access is up to date and secure
- Handle Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and availability in the event of any data loss
- Leverage knowledge of Azure and Cloud experience to manage and support cloud-based applications and data
- Utilize knowledge of ConnectWise and Office 365 to support users in these platforms
- Apply experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to manage and troubleshoot issues
- Work in line with IT certification guidelines, such as M365, Mimecast, KnowBe4, and Cisco Meraki. • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
- Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
- Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
- Experience with Database management
- Knowledge of Dell Technologies
- Proficiency in Active Directory
- Experience with Apple Devices
- Knowledge of Backup Technologies
- Familiarity with Configuration Management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field preferred.
