Desktop Support Analyst

We are in search of a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York. As part of the tech industry, the Desktop Support Analyst will manage the resolution of IT-related issues and provide support for all assigned areas. The job function includes ensuring efficient and reliable operation of the company's desktop environment, maintaining systems, and troubleshooting computer problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Dell Technologies to troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues
  • Maintain and manage computer hardware and Apple devices ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Implement database management and configuration management to ensure data integrity and security
  • Provide support and maintenance for Active Directory, ensuring user access is up to date and secure
  • Handle Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and availability in the event of any data loss
  • Leverage knowledge of Azure and Cloud experience to manage and support cloud-based applications and data
  • Utilize knowledge of ConnectWise and Office 365 to support users in these platforms
  • Apply experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to manage and troubleshoot issues
  • Work in line with IT certification guidelines, such as M365, Mimecast, KnowBe4, and Cisco Meraki. • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies
  • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
  • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
  • Experience with Database management
  • Knowledge of Dell Technologies
  • Proficiency in Active Directory
  • Experience with Apple Devices
  • Knowledge of Backup Technologies
  • Familiarity with Configuration Management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field preferred.
