Key Responsibilities:
As an Onshore Coordinator, you will work with the Program Manager, Offshore team, and client on an Ambulatory expansion to the client's new practices. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting requirements, managing discovery and planning and coordinating with the practices for the implementations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Developing and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations.
- Conducting user acceptance testing and providing support during system implementation.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Epic Systems solutions.
This role is located in New Jersey and will require on-site 2-3 days per week depending on client needs.
