Skills- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in management accounting

- Assist in preparing operating budgets and forecasts
- Evaluate and implement programs aimed at cost reduction and improved controls
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and IT policies
- Conduct local audits and report findings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Controller
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience with large ERP systems is strongly preferred
- CPA certification is a nice-to-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or Controller roles
- Comfortable with 10-15% travel
