Overview:

The General Manager will oversee one of our key business units, driving growth, optimizing performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing teams, ensuring continuous improvement, and striving for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a proven P&L leader with a demonstrated ability to grow businesses effectively and passionately.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, setting clear goals and action items to drive growth and profitability, while tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish financial objectives and metrics aligned with the business unit's strategic goals, creating accurate forecasts to inform decision-making and guide performance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, including detailed reports on business operations, performance, and productivity.
  • Initiate and implement strategic initiatives to enhance company culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate consistently with Renuity’s executive leadership team and management teams across business units to ensure alignment and drive collective success.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience leading a P&L with a successful track record of driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
  • Experience in high-volume, transaction-based consumer businesses is ideal, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and influence outcomes through analytical insights, with a focus on measuring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions.
  • A leadership style that is hands-on and leads by example—actively engaging with team members at all levels, driving operational excellence, and providing direct support to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
