Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of a 100,000 SF load-bearing Multifamily Facility.
• Ensure compliance with all commercial building codes and safety regulations.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with architects and project managers.
• Ensure all work is completed according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Troubleshoot problems and manage any issues that arise on the job site.
• Maintain a mature, professional demeanor and foster strong working relationships with diverse teams.
• Utilize a laptop and email to keep project communications and documentation up to date.
• Manage daily operations and be responsible for the safety and quality of the job site.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing similar construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial building methods and codes.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Procore software.
• OSHA certification required.
