IT Delivery Manager

The IT Delivery Manager oversees the daily workload of two essential teams within the IT Back Office: The Development Team and the Network and System Engineering Team. This position entails managing team performance, coordinating daily activities, and organizing deliverables to ensure the successful completion of IT projects and technological improvements.

Development Team Oversight:-Goal Achievement: Establish clear targets and monitor progress to ensure the development team meets deadlines and objectives.-Daily Management: Supervise daily tasks, streamline workflows, and coordinate activities to maintain efficiency and alignment with project aims.-Deliverable Coordination: Organize, prioritize, and manage development outputs to align with strategic goals and ensure timely completion.Network and System Engineering Team Oversight:-Operational Supervision: Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with expected outcomes.-Project Leadership: Lead projects focused on optimizing, modernizing, and enhancing IT infrastructure to support organizational goals and improve performance.Key Focus Areas:-Team Collaboration: Promote effective communication and cooperation between the Development and Network/System Engineering Teams.-Project Execution: Ensure timely and efficient project delivery by balancing priorities and resources, managing risks, and maintaining high standards.-Infrastructure Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance and modernize IT infrastructure, implementing innovative solutions to boost system performance, reliability, and scalability.
