Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices into the system, ensuring accuracy and verifying account codes
- Receiving and sending non-purchase order invoices for department approval
- Resolving issues with invoices prior to payment
- Reviewing and auditing employee travel expense reports
- Setting up new suppliers and updating supplier profiles as necessary
- Verifying and maintaining all third-party banking information
- Reconciling third-party statements
- Generating weekly payment proposals
- Entering and reconciling all in-transit invoices at the end of the month
- Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
- Performing related duties as required
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently
- Capability to handle Coding Invoices
- Strong Data Entry skills
- Experience in Invoice Processing
