Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Custom Deck Builder Foreman with at least 5 years of experience to lead and manage large deck-building projects in the Santa Cruz and Monterey areas. As the Residential Custom Deck Builder Foreman, you will work hands-on with the team and oversee all aspects of construction, including framing, finish carpentry, composite decking installation, and more.

Your expertise in deck building, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers will ensure project success.
