Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $23.45/hr

Location: Pennington, NJ

Job Description

This position is within the Wealth Management Performance Operations group. This group is responsible for maintaining timely and accurate reporting of client performance returns for the Private Bank network. The firm houses client data on a custodial platforms (PACE), which feed client account activity into a vendor platform, First Rate, which is used for completing performance measurement and analytics.

The analyst will support the network of Portfolio Managers and other Private Bank personnel with all aspects related to performance measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities: Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms

Supports Private Bank inquiries.

Requirements: Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution

Knowledge of investment products and vehicles
Previous customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in excel required

Relevant coursework in finance a plus

Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team

Pay Details: $23.45 per hour
