Purchasing/Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchase/Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and possesses a fundamental understanding of sales and purchasing processes.

Overview:

• Provide assistance in managing all purchase and sales transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in the processing and tracking of purchase orders from placement through delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist sales team in creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing aftersales support as needed.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the purchasing and sales process.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• High school diploma required; further education in business or related field is a plus.
