Overview:

A seasoned executive housekeeper is sought for a formal, high-end townhouse in West Village, to start ASAP. The schedule will typically be 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• The housekeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the 10,000 square foot property over 4 floors, as well as laundry, and organizational needs for the family
• Candidates must be experienced, professional team-players, as they will be working alongside a more junior housekeeper and a full staff
• This position will be the best fit for a person who thrives on high expectations and expects a , formal, and respectful working environment

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have previous experience working in formal, HNW households.
• At least 5-8 years' experience working in a similar role
• Sterling and verifiable references

Requirements:

• US passport, Green Card or EAC
• Must be okay with pets - the family has one dog
• Available to start ASAP

Salary and Benefits:

• $95-$120k (commensurate with experience), plus medical, dental, vision and a 401k plan
• Candidates receive all major holidays off with additional vacation days to be used at discretion
