Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate practice group in Atlanta(link removed) This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and experienced team working on complex commercial real estate finance transactions.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Georgia.
- 2-4 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate finance, representing bank and/or non-bank lenders(link removed)>
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft loan documents and perform due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
- Review and analyze title, survey, and organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain and update closing checklists to ensure smooth and efficient management of transactions.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to represent clients in a variety of real estate finance matters, contributing to a positive client experience.
