We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves analyzing, configuring, and supporting the Workday platform to optimize human capital management and other business processes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system implementation, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior analysts.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with skills in business analysis methodologies, data analysis tools, and process improvement frameworks. Preferred qualifications include Workday Payroll certifications and experience with data migration tools.
