• Committed to working in a safe manner; maintaining clean & safe work areas and following all safety procedures.
• Complies with all pollution, toxic waste, and safety regulations and laws.
• Provide support, preventive maintenance, and service to all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal/mechanical systems and equipment used in amorphous metal production
• Repairs and maintain electrical, electronic, and various electrical power systems; including digital and analog circuitry, inverters, AC and DC drive systems, PLC systems, lasers, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power distribution systems
• Repairs and maintains various mechanical systems, including cranes, balers, casting, winding, & packaging machines.
• Maintain troubleshooting guides and assist with failure analysis.
• Assist with writing work instructions and procedures.
• Utilize CMMS System to schedule work and complete predictive and proactive maintenance.
• Operate welding, cutting, and burning equipment, as needed
• Serve as a member of the emergency response team
