Human Resources (HR) Assistant

• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Training new employees on computer software such as Outlook, Excel, and ADP
• Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes
• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Communicating with team members and providing support in a detail oriented manner
• Demonstrating punctuality and adherence to work schedules
• Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Proficiency in computer data entry
• Familiarity with managing computer files and records
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
