Role Responsibilities

**Design and analyze roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) for highways, arterial roads, and local streets, adhering to DOT and local standards.

**Develop detailed 3D models using GEOPAK and/or Open Roads Corridor Modeling.

**Solve design challenges with innovative solutions and prepare technical reports and contract documents.

**Oversee and review the work of technicians or designers, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

**Serve as Engineer-of-Record on select tasks and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines.

**Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, subconsultants, and government agencies.

**Present design solutions in meetings and contribute to marketing initiatives.

**Support team development through mentorship while advancing your own skills and goals.
