Sterilization Technician
Overview:
Pay Rate: $15 - 17 / hour

This is a great entry-level position ideal for individuals interested in a career in health care or working in a dental office. As a Sterilization Technician, you will be a part of our back office team responsible for sterilizing instruments, instruments, and rooms.No prior experience is needed as training will be provided on the job!
Schedule: M-TH: 7:45-5:45p some Fri/Sat 7:45-1pm (normally voluntary)
Location: Wyomissing , PA
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work areas for treatments and procedures
- Disinfect and sterilize instruments, equipment, chairs, counters and surfaces, using sterilizers, aerators, or washers
- Check sterile supplies to ensure that they are not outdated
- Deliver tools to specified locations in the office
- Maintain records of inventory or tool usage and relay information to office manager to replenish supplies when inventory is low
- Stock dental supplies
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team or independently
