The Healthjump Technical Support Engineer role is an ever-evolving position that will continue to grow as Healthjump expands its foothold in the Digital Healthcare market. At its core, this role is an entry point into an amazing, growing, unique Digital Health company and also an entry point of technical support to the Healthjump products.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work with the Client Success team to provide product support, training, and assistance to clients and customers.
• Manage, resolve, and coordinate jumpSTART agent connectivity.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate the installation scheduling of the jumpSTART agent.
• Suggest, create, and maintain technical documentation as the Healthjump product line evolves and matures.
• Engage with customers and partners in a timely manner.
• Track all time and activities within the appropriate applications and tools.
• Contribute to product planning and design
• Work with team members on internal process automation

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
• Intermediate knowledge of networking.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and client support.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Evidence of flexibility and problem-solving skills(link removed)>
• Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand.
