Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled FULL TIME / PART TIME Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, conducting routine exams, and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions in our 3 medical offices in Queens (Flushing and Richmond Hill) and Brooklyn.
This position may require travel between multiple offices. We provide Primary Care to Adults, infants, and Children. Ability to do office Gyn Exam, routine Pap Smear will be an advantage but not required. No hospital rounds or on out of hours calls required -- only outpatients.
We will be willing to work with the ideal candidate regarding flexibility of hours; 40 hours / 6 Days work week including 4 hours weekend work but 50 hours paid weekly to cover overtime and other assigned duties (Lab result and document review).

SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED IN OUR BROOKLYN OR RICHMOND HILL (9AM-1PM). 180K to 210K depending on work experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician assistant to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Duties:
  • Conduct routine exams and take vital signs to assess patient health (Adult and Children).
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including respiratory, gastrointestinal, and skin issues.
  • Administer injections and vaccinations as needed.
  • Provide emergency care for patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Order and manage medications and therapies for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with the latest medical standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an Accredited Physician Assistant Program is a must in the United States
  • Current/valid New York State Physician Assistant (PA) license in Good Standing
  • Must be Board Certified (NCCPA) / DEA Preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in an outpatient clinic or other health care setting
  • Ability to travel to offices in Brooklyn and Queens if needed
  • Experience working with an EMR system, (Eclinical works is a plus)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Experience in primary care or a related setting.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong understanding of medical standards and guidelines.
