Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst

The BSA Analyst supports Tri City National Bank to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC regulations. Assists with data entry, clerical tasks, and BSA/AML reviews.
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and review branch/department logs for BSA/AML reporting.
- Process 314(a) search and OFAC requests.
- Perform quality assurance on new accounts for USA PATRIOT Act compliance.
- Conduct Currency Transaction Report (CTR) Exemption reviews.
- Identify and report suspicious transactions.
- Maintain compliance with BSA standards and regulations.
- Assist with BSA training and monitor Private ATM registration renewals.
- Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for higher-risk customers.
- Track and monitor transactions using BSA software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of banking experience, including branch/platform or at least one year in BSA/AML.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
