We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Cloud Engineer to join our team. As an IT Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and services to support the company's technology initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our cloud environments, while continuously improving our cloud infrastructure and automation processes.

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Implement and maintain automation tools to provision and configure cloud resources.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud systems by leveraging best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud-based applications and services, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with applications.
  • Implement security best practices for cloud environments, ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and cloud resource monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Stay current with the latest cloud technologies and trends, recommending new tools and practices to improve cloud operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management in the cloud.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration with cloud environments.

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
