Sr. Project Manager

We are on the lookout for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing complex multi-year programs, providing project management for strategic initiatives, and playing a vital role in improving project management practices.

• Lead the intake process for new projects by gathering requirements, securing approvals, and developing project plans.
• Oversee multiple complex strategic projects, ensuring alignment with success criteria and expected ROI.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to refine program roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Implement and uphold project management best practices across business and support units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships between the Project Management Office and business units.
• Continuously enhance the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) framework.
• Facilitate lessons learned discussions and integrate improvements into processes and templates.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the PPM toolset, providing guidance and driving adoption.
• Mentor and support team members as needed.
• Candidate must possess significant experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with JIRA is required.
• PMP Certification is a mandatory qualification for this role.
• Proficiency in SAP is crucial for successful job performance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
• Candidate should have a strong background in Change Management.
• Experience in leading Transformational Projects is a key requirement for this role.
