We are in search of a Payroll Administrator to join our team located in Rowley, Massachusetts. This role is centered around the processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls for employees across multiple states. The successful candidate will handle new hire entries, employee data changes, and terminations.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process weekly and biweekly payrolls for employees across different states
Validate and complete new hire entries, employee data changes, and terminations in a timely manner
Conduct audits and analyses of employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Efficiently process, audit, and correct paid-time-off requests
Monitor tax notices and make necessary updates to the HRIS system
Manage tax errors by implementing corrective measures to avoid penalties
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding payroll and timesheet questions
Ensure all payroll administration activities adhere to established policies and regulations.
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration
Knowledge of About Time software
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Benefit Functions
Proficient in Check Processing
Familiarity with UKG Pro software
