Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive project plans and designs for remodeling projects, incorporating client requirements and industry standards. Use advanced software such as AutoCAD and Revit for accurate and detailed designs.
Structural Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections and structural assessments of existing buildings to identify potential challenges and propose effective remodeling solutions.Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets. Manage financial resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Construction Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure all work is performed according to the project specifications and timelines.
Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all remodeling work meets safety standards and client expectations. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction with the final results
