Account Manager

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Account Manager in Enfield, Connecticut. The role entails overseeing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records within the industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of skills including, but not limited to, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CRM, and Accounting Functions.

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize '3M' and 'Accounting Software Systems' to manage and track customer data
• Leverage 'ADP - Financial Services' for financial reporting and account management
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient time management and scheduling
• Handle billing functions accurately, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date
• Participate in budget processes, helping to ensure financial stability and growth
• Assist in campaign planning, utilizing 'CRM' to manage and track campaigns. • Proficiency in 3M
• Experience with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge and experience with CRM
