We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Fabricator with extensive experience in plate rolling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and shaping metal components using plate rolling machines and other equipment, ensuring high-quality production and compliance with technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Operate plate rolling machines to bend and form metal plates according to blueprints and project specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements to fabricate metal components accurately.
Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments of rolling machines to achieve precise results.
Select and handle appropriate metal materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with welders, fitters, and other fabricators to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures and protocols.
