Accounts Payable Specialist*** (this is a permanent/direct hire position!)
Location: Downtown Hartford (FULLY ONSITE, NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF LOCAL)Salary: up to $65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Their dynamic team is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team of 8. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and Code Invoices: Accurately input and categorize invoices into our proprietary accounting software.
- Reconcile Accounts: Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts payable records.
- Manage Check Runs: Process check runs in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures.
- Utilize Excel: Leverage Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position, recently, 3+ years.******
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
