Associate Attorney

Plenty of opportunity to get direct advocacy experience by arguing motions in court, taking/defending depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications for the Associate Attorney position:

• 1-8+ years of civil litigation practice;
• Insurance defense and/or public entity law experience is preferred; and
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of California.

• Possession of a JD degree from an accredited institution
• Active and valid license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 1+ year of legal practice experience
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation
• Familiarity with state, local, and municipal law is a plus
• Preferred experience in handling liability defense cases
• Proficiency in insurance defense litigation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
