ACCOUNTING MANAGER - Well-Known Manufacturer in Pendergrass

This role is particularly suited to individuals with a comprehensive understanding of the accounting functions within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the accounting and BP department, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all tasks.
• Engage in cost accounting activities and establish standard costs.
• Manage policies and budgeting effectively.
• Conduct Profit Management: BP and Cost Accounting: Acc as necessary.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis.
• Oversee financial operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Implement and manage inventory controls, including conducting inventory audits and maintaining inventory cycles.
• Compile and present TICO/TINA reports for financial consolidation.
• Utilize skills in Cloud Suite Industrial and CPA for various accounting functions.
• Maintain strong communication channels to coordinate between head office, affiliated companies, and various internal departments.
• Uphold a strong sense of ethics and compliance in all operations.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA qualification highly preferred
• Experience of introducing a new ERP system to its company.
• Previous experience with the Infor Cloud Suite ERP system highly preferred.
• Has experience of Accounting and Business Processes in a relatively small company or a startup company.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills that enable them to act as a liaison, coordinating between head office, affiliated companies, and various internal departments.
• Candidates with a strong sense of ethics and compliance are highly desired.
